An elderly relative has an annual maintenance contract with him. Recently he had a problem with the alarm and has tried regularly for sox weeks to get hold of him. Messages, both verbal and on answerphone, have been left. I have also tried to contact him for additional work to be carried out. I recommended him to my relative and feel very let down.
