    Graystones abbatoir is THE best i have come across, a small, hardworking team that produce some of the highest quality meats. i worked here for a short while after working for one of the big named abbatoirs and was very impressed with the level of cleanliness, care and equipment for such a small business compared with the other big named company. i was tought lots here and was sorry to leave - i would be happy working here in the future should our paths ever cross again
