  I've been a pupil at this school for nine years now and i enjoy every second i spend there! I 've learnt many differnt types of dance and i've taken part in the annual show 7 times now. I've made so many friends there and Miss. Hargreaves and Miss. Gemma are both such amazing teachers! I really enjoy all of my classes and rehersals, but the highlight to each year at dancing has to be the show week. We all work our socks off for months and months and when it finally comes were all so excited and pull together to make the show a success! I love it and would recomend it to anyone who dances in the area. Kelly Robinson x x =)

• The Selby Dance Centre :) This dance school is amazing :)

  I love this dance school i spend lots of my time there its become my second home :) i have so many great friends there and Miss Hargreaves, Mr Gent and Miss Gemma are all so nice and kind and are always trying to find ways that you can improve on so it makes us better :) The show we do annually is amazing and we have just started a road show and it was our first real performance to strangers in a strange place. It was so much fun! :) I get the best training around and i have so much fun doing it. there is so much to do from the standard ballet tap and modern and there is now theatre and dance with miss Gemma adult classes, singing and so much more thank you Miss Hargreaves, Mr Gent and Miss Gemma for such a great 11 years at your wonderful school! :):) Katie Harrison xx

  I have been dancing now for 14 years and this school has made it worth while! as well as getting the best training in the area i have made some of the best frinends. I have been there for so long that Miss Hargreaves, Mr Gent and Miss Gemma are like my family! The atmosphere and excitement during show week is amazing! Everyone works so hard for months to make the show a great succes and it just keeps getting better! Helen Taylor xx

  i love this dance school it has been since i was 3 so over 10 years so it must be good. Miss hargreaves and Mr Gent are soo kind and i have nejoyed their company as i have traveled through my years there i now help Miss H teach lessons for younger ones.And serve coffee on a saturday morning. i have made friends there and have traveled through y time there with most of the time. katie harrison xx

  My daughter attends this school & it is the best Dance School in Selby. You can go for fun or to do exams, there is a yearly show that includes as many students as possible. The teachers & all other staff are fantastic, helpful and the introduction of new classes is coming soon. They even do a class for Mummy's. If you live in Selby or can get there every week then you should go to this school - It's FAB!!

  I am a pupil at selby dance centre and it is really good it is the best dance school around!! the shows are super and the classes are wonderful i feel so happy to be part of a wonderful dance school!!

• The Selby Dance Centre Quality training producing quality dancers.

  I was a pupil at Selby Dance Centre before it even moved to the Shipyard, it's present location. Unfortunately due to time constraints and boarding school I have had to move my training elsewhere. However, Selby Dance Centre had been my only centre of training since I first began aged 5 and I loved it, they work you hard and produce pupils of the utmost caliber and ability. The shows the produce every year are well worth the watch and even more fun to participate in, I should know I was in two of the first three before I had to leave and then watched two after I left so I have experience of both. Miss Hargreaves is an amazing teacher and choreographer, and all my choreographers after have had to work hard to stand up to her amazing work, I loved it all the time I was there and I only wish I could have spent longer.

• The Selby Dance Centre Selby dance centre is brilliant

  I have being a pupil at this school for over 14yrs and its the best dance school around the traing is the upmost of quality and also the atmosphere is wonderful a plesure to be part of such a wonderful school
