Excellent Service

Since I switched from a big national chain of opticians to this small local one, I have been nothing but impressed. My eye test with them was very thorough, and the optician picked up a rather large mistake that my previous opticians had made. After my eye test, I felt that the advice I received on frames and lenses had my needs at its heart and not the opticians' sales targets. This was quite refreshing! The service is first class, friendly and professional. On the one occassion I had a problem with my glasses and visited to have them repaired, they were repaired on the spot while I waited, and with no charge. My previous optician would have charged me at least £5 and probably as much as £10. I would heartily recommend this opticians to you, and if you can't make it to York, then I would still suggest trying a small independant opticians over a large national chain.
