    I totally disagree with what Mary T says I went in to smiths with a realistic budget of £15,000 and had to approach the staff to ask for an appointment when we got on talking i realised that for my money i was'nt even getting a smiths fitter to fit my bathroom I was very disapointed. Although the showroom was lovely the staff just looked down on me as if i was'nt good enough for there showroom. I dont know what bathroom company Mary T was on about but it doesnt sound like Smiths.

    Service excellant friendly service. I have a dream kitchen & bathroom designed by their staff. I would recommend them. Attention to detail help and advice is what you need when planning a major purchase
