Appalling Treatment

An evening appointment was booked with this so-called business women. However on the evening when the appointment was due to take place, "Kate's Nails" failed to arrive at my home address and then when I phoned 45 mins after the scheduled appointment time to find out what was was happening, the phone was hung-up and then switched to divert for the remainder of that night. Despite trying to call agian on several occasions and leaving messages, I have never received an explantion or apology. A truely appalling example of how somebody should be running a business - she certainly doesn't deserve any future bookings!
