About Us

I trained as a Five Element Acupuncturist at the College of Traditional Acupuncture, Royal Leamington Spa. I actively continue specialist postgraduate training, attend advanced workshops and am a member of the British Acupuncture Council. I have a core belief that treating a person holistically, at a constitutional level reawakens the body's ability to heal itself. Although acupuncture is often thought of as treatment for the relief of pain, it is also just as effective in the treatment of a plethora of other ailments for example stress and anxiety which lead to so many of the symptoms we have come to accept as a normal part of modern life headaches, IBS, backache and lethargy for example. I belive that acupuncture and western medicine have a natural synergy, and that acupuncture is as relevant and effective today as it was in the time of the Yellow Emperor.
