The first meeting is an opportunity for us to meet and exchange information. Information can be explored so that you are clear about the contract that will be in place in order for the work to proceed. In this meeting I will ask you about your background and what your expectations are of therapy. This information will be treated as confidential. Decisions to continue or terminate our work can be taken at this stage. Sessions last for 50 minutes.
