    I am a young javelin thrower(No3 in UK) and i went to see Ben when i had pain in my back while throwing. At first Ben used different treatments to correct my injury, then used taping to relieve the pain so that i could continue training. Once the problem had been sorted, Ben then gave me a sports massage. I am hopefully going to have a sports massage every couple of weeks while i am competing to keep me in top form.

    I contacted Ben last summer suffering from agonizing back pain, I have scoliosis, and his treatment put me back on my feet quick smart. He has also been able to help me with my 'runners knee' problem and gave me a number of exercises to do that has given me back my love of sport. I've always found Ben to be professional, knowledgeable and caring. I couldn't recommend him highly enough.
