The Training and Recruitment Partnership was formed in 1988 and is a multi-vocational provider. TRP is contracted by the Skills Funding Agency to provide high quality Higher, Advanced and Intermediate Apprenticeships, Traineeships and a selection of privately funded provision. Our learners come from a wide geographical area across England: when companies start with TRP they tend to stay with us, even if they relocate.
We provide excellent training in a wide range of vocational areas. We have consistently high course success rates. We have well established links with a broad range of employers. We have an experienced and established staff team. We take pride in our excellent record of flexibility and responsiveness in relation to employers' and learners' needs. The majority of our programmes are entirely workplace based. Our highly qualified staff work on a one-to-one or group basis with employees and deliver the training entirely in the work place through regular, structured assessor visits. With the exception of Accountancy and Motor Vehicle courses, which are college based and begin in September, we are able to offer flexible dates for all other courses to meet client demands.
