Ordered a cab to take me to the train station which didn't turn up. They knew I was catching a train too which made it worse. Kept calling and the insufferable girl on the phone kept saying "5 minutes" and whe I finally called to cancel it as I'd given up and hailed a black cab (luckily or I would have missed my train), she hung up the phone on me. Disgraceful

I always use this service as it a very reliable company.I have never in the last 10 years had any problems with them,and I will continue to use them.

Just read the other reviews - funny as I've just moved to using Trent from DG! This was after a couple of near disasters (and fibs) to do with catching trains. Since then I've been very happy with Trent. Don't, however, use the number listed here as that is their office number. The booking number is 0115 9505050.
