This is now my 4th review and again is positive. I rang admin with a query regarding my atol receipt, and was told by a gentleman that they are all busy give me your number and I will get someone to call you back, my heart sunk and I thought here we go , this is where all my problems are going to start as many of your in the reviews. Then with in half an hr they called me it was a very helpful lady who I told that I wasnt used to booking through an agent like this as I always use high street travel agents, she took the time to explain everything to me and went through all my payments and receipts and anything else I wasnt sure of, and she was the one that pointed out that my paper work was missing my vouchers, sshe has assured me she is going to print them out and sent them this afternoon, and all the while this convo was going on the other phones were ringing and nt once did I feel I was being rushed. So far I am impressed.

Following my review yesturday when I was totally panicing ringing airlines and medhotels to make sure we were actually booked, I have since emailed the hotel direct to make sure we have a booking and they have confirmed today that yes we are all booked in and that they recieved the booking 2 days ago, which is the actual day I booked. So so far all looking good. Oh and I have also paid to be seated together and the airline has confirmed this has all been done.
