Good food generally but don't always listen and sometimes had food with ingredients that I specified could not eat - but they do remake it but it is a pity with a little bit of care good be great

Rang to discuss buying a car recently the phone rang for almost 15 mins still no response and their on line assistant is always offline - have purchased elsewhere!!! obviously don't need the business

If it's not on the shelf - the staff are not very helpful in assisting you to find it - or order it - even though I have a business account have started to buy on line from other providers due to them wandering off in mid-conversation or waiting ages for a business consultant

Always provide an excellent service - dog comes out happy and looking great - keep up the good work

Quality of work is very good - but they do not always treat their contractors fairly
