I have only contacted them by telephone. Although they could not help me directly, the receptionist had great empathy and gave information readily to assist with my enquiry. Sometimes running out of medication can be very serious and after learning the receptionist at my own surgery lacked the same qualities today, it was a relief to get some practical help. Thank you.
