“As with the Best of Best people who worked at Sun - you were hired for your tenacious ability, your type AAAA personality, your only getting the best result with do, your expertise, and the ability to have a type of reputation that could pull together those people inside and outside of Sun who could help you get things done even with most of the nay sayers wouldn't help at Sun (and believe me there were many that just wouldn't help at all and didn't care about customer satisfaction nor revenue loss).
