Very poor service
We went there to get some forex converted to GBP, and they told they were not sure if they could get it converted but took the money and told us they would get back in touch in four days. It has now been more then fiteen days and they did not ever get back to even explain the delay, on asking they kept giving some excuse or other. After fifteen days when we called to complain they hung up on us. Very irritating and bad service. Please avoid them!

kanoo foreign exchange
I am due to go away to Switzerland in 2 days time and after shopping round several Foreign Exchange's I found that Kanoo had the best rates and the money was in stock so I had no need to order.
