ALL ABOUT MASSAGE

I usually start on the back, working the deep muscles along the spine, getting rid of knots and tension on the way. Most guys have very tight hamstrings and glutes so I make sure that I get to those areas, moving you around on the table if I need to. Then I turn you over and work on the front of the legs, using long strokes and getting into those hard to reach areas. Then I do the arms and hands before working on the hard pec muscles and the abdomen.
I always ask if guys want thier feet or face done as some men don't like being touched there but most are happy for me to work all over the body. After I have done the deep work I tend to then just work on more relaxing strokes along the whole body, making sure the guy I am working on is feeling relaxed and experiences total relief from stress and strain.
