Please return our property
Have used Royal Cabs for airport transfers consistently for the last 3 years & referred so much business. After getting into Luton (so lucky with storm Dennis) & a 14 hour journey with delays with an 18month & 2.5 year old. The cab for our return journey was there as usual but without our child carseats. We phoned the operator who told us that it was not illegal to put the children in a taxi without car seats. No apology, no concern for their safety driving in that weather & said maybe the carseats would be with us on Monday!! We have called today to pick up the carseats. They refuse to tell us where to pick them up from & put the phone down. We will need to hear from 'the controller'. How can I take both children to nursery tomorrow with no car seats!! This is extraordinary. The people we have dealt with previously have been fantastic. I struggle to believe the owner Mohammed would have been happy with that response yesterday & today. So families for your half term holidays - I'd say not the company for you. Royal Cabs - please get in touch to organise the return of our property.
