What an utter disgrace. when my LG fridge freezer broke down they recommended these guys, over 3 months later i have just been paid all my money back and will find another engineer. Over the last 14 weeks the engineer has visited 4 times and due to his incompetence has still not resolved the problem. I really dont know where to start, he never once phoned me back when he promised he would, not even to take payments for parts before they could be ordered. He continually ordered the wrong parts until i actually got the correct part numbers for him, even then i had to phone up 5 days later and get them to order the part because he had not! The first part i had to get the part myself because after 3 weeks they didnt have it and had no idea when it would be in stock, then they wanted to charge me a 100% markup before they would fit it! Should have known after the first visit he said he would write me a letter to do an insurance job. for a 2 year old appliance that had a simple fault!!!!
