Hello and welcome. I am an experienced, confidential, integrated counsellor who offers a caring, empathic, professional counselling service in Halton and a mobile counselling service (traveling to you) in surrounding local areas of Cheshire and Merseyside.

I can offer you the option of either a day time or evening appointment.

Asking for help can be so difficult especially when dealing with strong emotions such as jealousy, anger, stress, anxiety, panic and / or depression.

Maybe you feel overwhelmed, lost or alone, concerned about a present or past relationship. Maybe a life change is proving too challenging to deal with such as divorce, illness, redundancy or retirement.

I will offer you a caring and compassionate counselling session and will treat whatever you bring to the session with confidence and respect.

How will I do this?

Integrated counsellor, in my case, means I use a mix of person centred, psychodynamic and CBT counselling depending on the needs of each individual (that means I can work with you on issues from the past, present or even fears for the future). As well as my counselling qualifications, I have both the Diploma and Practitioner qualification in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and the Diploma in Clinical and Analytical Hypnotherapy. All this means I can tailor my service to better meet your needs.
