Step 2 - Complete Your Free Online Consultation
Your consultation will be reviewed by our partner doctor, which includes all questions required to safely prescribe you your treatment. After this, you can complete your payment details. The funds are only taken from your account when the consultation has been checked and approved.

Step 3 - Consultation Review and Dispensing
After reviewing your details, our partner doctor will issue a prescription to be sent straight to the pharmacy or will leave a note if more information is required. Our customer service team will contact you if this is the case.

Step 4 - Your Medication Is Delivered Straight to Your Door
The registered UK pharmacy will dispense your medication after a final check. If your order has been completed by 4.30pm Monday to Friday, you will receive your medication by the next day. All prescription medication must be signed for upon arrival.

The medicines will be dispatched in packages in the official languages of the state that they are being sent to.
