Isaac Johnstone has a mobile phone that matches that of three other companies in different areas. He says he is local and gives a local phone number which always records a message, but any contact from him is on his mobile number. From my personal experience, he contracts out the work? The work carried out was not as contracted and of a very poor standard. Very much regret using Isaac Johnstone and would definitely not recommend him. Trading Standards should be kept informed.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!
Isaac carried out some work on my roof, and CREATED a problem that wasn't there before he did his shoddy workmanship! I have since tried to contact him on MANY occasions and he does not answer, says he will come and doesn't or just generally does not return calls or messages. He has created extensive damage to my property, costing me £1000s to repair. I can share pics. This man should be STOPPED trading as a roofer. DISGUSTING. You have been warned
