1st Industrial was established in 1984 to service industry with tank cleaning and installations of tanks, pumps and pipe work and later expanded to undertake the stripping out of redundant plant and equipment. We now undertake the following types of work: TANK CLEANING:
All types from oil to water, gas testing and entry permits issued, all personnnel are fully trained in confined space working.
TANK REMOVALS:
Hot and cold cut or removed from the site by crane and disposd of in accordance with regulations.
WATER TANK MAINTENANCE::
Cleaning, Chlorination and upgrading to By Law 30, removal and replacement of unservicable tanks.
TANK SUPPLY:
Supplied only and/or fitted new and second hand. Supply only or install.
BOILER HOUSE STRIP OUTS
All types of boilers, calorifiers and associated equipment dismantled and removed.
AIR CONDITIONING
All types of air handling units, water cooling towers removed and intalled.
OIL SERVICES
All types of oil lifted, transfered or removed from site to be disposed of in accordance with current waste regulations.

For all work carried out a full method statement and risk assessment is given. Free quotations and estimates given in writing, surveys carried out on all oil installations.

We are Construction Line Registered No 4881. Licensed waste carrier with KCC. BS EN ISO 9002 Registered. Member of the APEA.

We have carried out work for many Government bodies, local councils and many large construction companies as well as the private sector. References can be given upon request.
