the worst agency in North Yorkshire...Avoid.
this agency is the worst agency in North Yorkshire and you are advised to avoid at all cost. the proprietor of this agency is pond life, he will smile in your face before you sign and the deposit is paid then afterwards he will steel every penny he can from you, horrible experience. we rented a large house from him and paid over the odds in rent, when we left he inspected the house and tried to steel our deposit, we went to the DPS and won it back....good advise, don't accept what he try's to take from you fight him. His staff are equally despicable, they are rude and obnoxious and deserve each other. if you want to lose your deposit and have the worst ever experience go with 2Let agency, you have been warned.

Entirely unpleasant.
In every encounter I have had with this agency they have fallen short in almost every aspect of the service they provide and others who have rented through them are similarly displeased. The quality of the services they provide are spotty at best and their value for money is poor thanks mostly to their frequent and astounding over-charging. Perhaps worst of all is their D.I.Y skills which are severely lacking and lead to many a problem that could otherwise be easily avoided, much to the inconvenience of the tenants. They are simply not very good at what they do and think their customers to be naive. I would advise choosing a company that is not quite so unprofessional.

Will ruin your university experience
As soon as I walked through the door of my rented property with my fellow housemates I knew it would be a terrible relationship with this agency. They had promised to clean the house before we moved in, but it had obviously not been cleaned at all and the bath was in a dire need of repair (which again they had promised to fix before we moved in). As soon as we had signed the letting agreement their happy, friendly and inviting nature was replaced for bully tactics and general bad manners. I can not stress enough how much you should avoid this agency. They will find ways to steal money from you, add unnecessary stress on-top of university pressures and test your housemates friendships to their limits. A one star rating is far more than they deserve.

Avoid if possible.
Terrible agency. Haven't heard anyone else that rents through them to have had a good experience. Trying (and often succeeding) to scam money money from us because we can't 'not pay' without being charged more. Poor cleaning of the houses and poor maintenance until absolutely necessary i.e. boiler no longer works, hole in ceiling etc etc. After a week of disputing some of the absurd charges after leaving our property they "as a good will gesture" waived certain charges. This was because the charges were entirely made up. And if one of their agents wants to install ANYTHING in the property you're renting, tell them you want a professional because that agent will do a bodge job to say the least. (Quick example, attempted to stick a door frame on with wall plaster. This needed repairing because of the 3 inch wood screws used to put in a CO alarm on the frame)

Stay Very Clear of This Company!!!!!
This company is very unprofessional and uses bullying tactics on vulnerable people too sign contracts, even if they don't have a Guarantor! They are abusive and very nasty! They have a manager who is spineless and stands behind the bullying lady staff of the office, when faced with an issue! LandLords, Students, tenants BEWARE and Do NOT use this Robbing, Dodgy Company!!!
