This company has a first class service but most of all low fee's. I paid just Â£199+ vat and they gave me a free for sales board, but I think they charge for that now. Their website is very easy to use and the website/brochure they gave me looks good. I still have my house up for sale but with their low fee's I can now reduce my price by Â£4,500 and still save money my old agent wanted Â£4,900 in commission to sell it!!
