Roy has many years international business development experience gained in UK and international markets. He has held senior business positions and has extensive practical experience in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, and Operations.

In these roles Roy has led many functional, cross functional and cross organisational business development teams, using leading edge techniques to tackle business issues - developing and implementing plans to deliver competitive advantage, winning business opportunities, improving market penetration, operational effectiveness and profitability.

Approach

I have worked with small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and very large international organisations and operating units. I will happily meet with you (without charge) to understand your business, current issues and needs and then design a programme to fit.

While there are often similarities, I find that every business development project is different - each company has its own situation, its own people and culture, each issue has some unique characteristics.

For this reason I do not turn-up with a prescribed solution. I prefer to understand you, your needs, your issues and business development opportunities and then design a programme for you - one tailored to deliver a solution that takes into account your uniqueness, and your internal creativity and translates these into a competitive advantage and winning proposition.
