DON'T USE THIS AGENCY
For anyone who is going to uni in cardiff, or at uni or they know anyone who is if they ever mention to you about signing a house with 4let tell them to look else where. They are the most disgusting and crafty agency filled with lying and rude low lives. They will say anything they can to get a deal with you and at the same time do anything they can to keep you from getting your deposits back. Plus pretty certain that our deposits were never even put into a DPS system which is AGAINST THE LAW! Wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone!

Worst housing agency.
We've had endless problems with this housing agency over the summer. Having rented a house through them (tenancy starting in July), we found that the old tenants were still living there throughout july. When visiting in August the house was disgusting. Even though we've tried to contact 4let (cardiff) many times, nothing is being done to rectify the problems that we are having with the house. I'd advise anyone not to use 4let and to instead find a housing agency with a good reputation that will not be as useless!

Don't use
Have been dealing with this company for a couple of months now trying to resolve a dispute. They do not reply to emails or letters unless it suits them. Each person you speak to gives you a different answer to the same question. One person there was extremely rude saying they would not speak to me and did not know why I was calling on his phone number, even though I was calling the number they have on their website. They'll say one thing on the phone and something completely different when you ask for it in writing. In this particular instance they claimed they had shown at least 3 potential tenants a property, then several weeks later they admitted that they did not even have a key to the property! I would not touch these people with someone else's bargepole!
