Appalling service never to use again

We booked a taxi at 4am as we was going on holiday and we need to get to our pick up point at 4.40 am. Where we needed to be was only 20 mins walk but I'm disabled and we have a 5 year old. The taxi didn't come at 4am we called back and we was told that is could be 10 mins so we waited until 4:10 am we called back and they said it was going to be another 5 mins, we waited and nothing. It was 4:18 now and we was getting anxious as we needed to be at our pick up point. We called back and said we will start walking and said that which street we was using. We ended up walking the entire way. My husband ran in front to let them know me and my daughter was coming as I'm disabled and I can't walk far or fast. The taxi called my husband at 4.36 he recieved a message that said that the taxi was at the pick up point. Which was the street not our home. I was appalled at this service it almost cost us our holiday, we got to the pick up point just in time exactly 4.40am by walking
