5678 Dance Workout is a dance and fitness class held Tuesday evenings 7-8pm during term time and run by fully qualified fitness and dance teacher, choreographer and ex West End performer, Debbie Kenwood Beard. Over the course of the six weeks you can expect to learn six different styles of dance including, ballet, tap, jazz, musical theatre, bollywood and ballroom. The class begins with an energetic warm up, which leads into a dance routine and finishes with a stretch and warm down. Age 16+ suitable for men and women of all abilities.
