Awful service, took my pre-payment and did not pick me up. Still in battle to get a refund. Unreliable and unprofessional. I will not use again and I do not recommend to anyone. If I could submit zero stars, I would.

Bloody lousy. Office staff spoke to me like I was putting them out and I was up the pole. Rude driver who got lost from southsea to bleeding Havant and to top the lot he let me struggle with me cases.
