From your initial enquiry we invite you to inspect our central London show home or speak to our clients.

We will then visit your property & examine your proposed project.

If your project requires plans & design, we will study what you have & offer feedback or we can provide these for you if you require.

We can offer 3 dimensional, computer generated images that show how the finished project will look before we start the actual building work; this saves our clients time, money & stress.

If you have already agreed Terms & Conditions with your local authority or managing agent we can work to these, or we can handle the entire application for you.

Once we have agreed the design & compliance elements we will protect all communal areas such as stairs, landings, lifts & entrances.

We will write to your neighbours & if necessary we will agree to do the noisy jobs on days when neighbours are out. We will minimise disruption & ensure your neighbours will be happy with you & us; after all we are in this together.
