Found them quite helpful in the beginning but on the other hand once they have won your business they are not customer focused. They take a long time to sort your car out and do not keep you informed. They are very busy, which i guess for them is good but they seem to put others before you even though you were there before. Overall they are good on price but could do with improving turnaround time and customer relations. Staff can also be quite rude sometimes, not everybody knows about cars that is why they are in business.
