25 minutes late
I will never use their service again. Had to wait 25 minutes for their taxi to arrive. Last Saturday I called this taxi company at 7pm and booked the taxi to pick us up at 10.30pm Taxi did not show up at 10.30pm, I called their office at 10.40pm and was told the taxi is just around the corner and will be there in 2 minutes. 10.50pm I called again to find out whether I am getting the taxi or not. I was told the taxi was outside. I came out and it wasn't there. At last at 10.55pm the taxi arrived. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
