Can't praise Alan enough! Contacted him for the first time after discovering my boiler needed an urgent repair. The earliest my usual local plumbers could book me in for was 6 weeks away! Couldn't have the water switched off for 6 weeks! Alan popped over between booked jobs within 2 hours of my call, assessed the problem and rectified it in less than 30 minutes. Problem solved.
