Very caring and understanding
My daughter had a missed miscarrage and had to go through the trauma of induced labour, birthing, and the death of her baby all at the same time,we were all in shock and funeral arrangements had been the furthest thing from our minds,it all happened so fast,but we knew wanted the buiral to be personal and meaningful, my daughter and her partner were very upset at the hospital and could barely take in what the options were for the burial. On the way home we drove past A and I Inglis and I decided to go in and ask for some advice,I was still in shock,and feeling unsupported by the advice we had recieved from the hospital .The minute we walked in Ann and Ian made us feel that we were in safe hands,they were both extremely sensitive and compassionate,and genuinely cared, I felt that they were really able to come into our world and respect our feelings in a loving and compassionate way. Ann spoke with us on the phone all the way along, and all arrangements were excellent,she also did the burial service, her words were very thoughtful and comforting.Feel grateful to A and I Inglis,they really made a difference.

so sincere & comforting
i (we) visited A &I Ingilis with my mum 4 wks b4 she passed away & from that day Ann could not have made my mum anymore special than we already knew she was, Ann took care of my mum every step from home death to committal, she was their for us (the family) ,from the house, church to crematorium, I cant thank Ann & staff enough for their comfort through this difficult time for bother sister , myself & familys. thank you Ann & Ian Ingilis & staff. elizabeth mclellands family
