I used A & P Maintenance back in May 2012 to carry out some work at my rental property. I was given a quote which I accepted and transferred the monies into Mr. Paul Chadwick’s bank account immediately, due to me living overseas so that he could complete the job. Unfortunately the work was never carried out after trying unsuccessfully for over a year now, making phone calls and sending emails. Mr. Chadwick did reply to a couple of emails after numerous attempts, but only makes promises that he will get the work completed, which of course has never happened. In May of this year (2013) I sent him an email asking him to please transfer the money back into my account as I was not prepared to wait any longer. I was assured that the money would be paid back, this was over 1 month ago now and I seem to be getting nowhere with this company, other than taking them to small claims, which I now have no alternative but to pursue this claim through the courts. I have found this company to be very unprofessional and not at all a reputable company to deal with. They do not seem to care once they have taken your money from you.
