Very very Poor service - avoid if possible
Our Transit was sent to ADR Warwick in August 2012 by the at fault drivers Insurance Company as their approved repairers. It had been badly damaged in a collision on the M40 (Not our fault)Some 17 weeks later we still don't have our van despite being told twice that it was ready to come back to us. The first time we drove over 100 miles to collect it. What with wiring issues, panel issues, now re jigging to ensure alignment. Do they consider it acceptable to treat people in this way. Needless to say if I could blank out all the first stars on the review chart I would. If you get told that your vehicle is being sent there, please for your own sanity ask for it to be sent somewhere else.
