Universal Studios and Sea World, and numerous Shopping Malls are only 20 mins drive.
Kennedy Space Centre, the Atlantic and the Gulf coasts are aprox 1 hours drive.
For the golfer there are over 40 excellent courses within easy reach.
The Villa itself is very private, not overlooked and on a large plot of land.

Indian Ridge is a very well established community that is situated just 5 minutes away from Disney, numerous attractions, and all kinds of shops and restaurants.

The Indian Ridge community is located off SR-545 – Old Lake Wilson Road – approx 3 miles from the Disney theme parks. With lots of extra amenities and features such as community pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, shuffleboard, basketball, soccer field and playground for the kids plus hiking trails throughout the scenic subdivision.

Accommodation

The Accommodation is spacious, with a split bedroom plan suitable for two families vacationing together and includes:

Master Bedroom En suite – King bed – with adjacent, separate twin-bedded room “Princess" themed – can also include a cot.
Second Double Bedroom – Queen bed – and second twin bedroom, share a family bathroom with direct access to the pool.
The Spacious living area offers a cool relaxing environment with ceramic tiled floors and comfortable seating for 8 people.
Full A/C and ceiling fans in all rooms.
Cable TV in all rooms, 2 DVD players and Radio / CD player.
Fast Internet access and Desktop Computer with Wireless Router

Cleaning is provided before and after occupancy, and extra cleaning can be arranged during your stay, at an extra cost. Baby equipment provided.
The pool ranges from 3ft to 6ft in depth, and is 33ft x 17ft. It is screened for privacy and insect protection and children's safety, with alarmed doors from the Villa. It is S.W facing, providing sunshine all day, and spectacular sunsets in the evenings. At an extra cost it can be heated.
A good sized deck area with a free-standing Hot Tub/Sauna.
A Gas-fired BBQ, and comfortable pool furniture provides excellent facilities for those quiet sunbathing days or relaxing evenings.
We are continually improving and upgrading our home and we hope our guests will enjoy the facilities provided.
