VERY happy
Unlike your other reviewer so far, I had a great experience using this company. They came out on a weekend at quick notice and rectified my problem temporarily until a full repair could be carried out during normal hours (reducing the cost) and this was done on the Monday. They were competent and professional throughout and I for one was VERY pleased with the work they did and the service I received.

I was overcharged for some very ordinary work that I could have done myself in half the time; they are not interested in customer service and are basically not interested in their customers. Another thing - in my experience they don't carry basic parts for jobs - they charge the customer (@ £65/hr plus VAT) for driving around to get these. I advise anyone thinking of using A Plus to look elsewhere - find a local firm that values its customers' goodwill. The manager that I spoke to was arrogant and over-bearing.
