We have taken the basic concept of the traditional Swedish trasmatta woven by Swedish housewives in olden days to cover their wooden floors and brought the idea up to date. Our rag rugs are still handwoven on wooden looms from spare materials left over from the clothing and furnishing industries, making them ecofriendly but they are now easy to clean and long lasting.
