Never again!!
I have a wasp nest behind the facia on my single story extension.. After unsuccessfully trying to eradicate them myself, I called A1 beekeepers and spoke to someone who I believe was Frank Murray. I explained the situation and he assured me that he could sort the problem, so we arranged for him to call on me the following day. He duly arrived, albeit an hour late.. He got his ladder out of his car…he climbed up his ladder against my extension…he climbed down his ladder…he put his ladder back in his car muttering “You tried to sort it yourself, so get someone else to fix it”..I didn’t reply as I was literally speechless. He then drove off.. The whole visit lasted some five minutes or so. In my 72 years on this planet, this was possibly the worst case of bad manners I have ever experienced from a professional. Friendly advice? I guess that was the ‘get someone else to fix it’ part. I guess I have to give a one star rating for the review to work, or there would be none! A response in the form of an apology from A1 would be appropriate.
