Our aim is simple, we want to have the reputation of being the best in the business and there is only one way to achieve this and that is by total efficiency. In all our jobs we have one policy as far as any pest infestation goes \u2013 no mercy. The problem with \u201chumane\u201d methods of control is they generally don\u2019t work. Customers sometimes ask that rather than killing the creatures causing the problem could we \u201cdiscourage\u201d them from living in their property? Our answer is simple: pests (be they insect or rodent for example) are no respecters of being dissuaded from an area. The most effective way of ridding a property from them is when they understand they will be killed if they stay there.
