A well-situated site ie.nearTaunton Railway Station. I booked my MOT by phone and found the response prompt and helpful. It was explained that repairs to vehicles were not undertaken in the event of a failure so one immediately felt assured that the test would be impartial and not potentially involve one in any unnecesary repair bills( I hate to say it but the motor trade does have this reputation). However, I arrived on time and was invited to view the test from a comfortable reception area and saw the poor old car go through it's paces. But joy, o joy the old girl passed (1999 Ford Fiesta). I will go back to them next year ,not because my car passed. because they (the chaps ) had an air of friendliness combined with professionalism which took the hassle out of what could a pain in the neck!
