Ripped off my 90 year old father
Do NOT use thus company. Very nice lady takes your call and makes the booking. A man came and serviced my dads boiler, then took £80 from him (including a tip of £15) and once the cash was in his hand he said you are missing 10 screws so I'll come back with them for £200. Then put a warning sticker on the boiler and left. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Don't use tA1st Boiler & Heating Services Ltd
After being a customer for 10 years I experienced all sorts of scams to charge me more money whenever called out to do repairs on my boiler, while once a reputable company in forest gate , the company owners have gone their separate ways and the Rush green branch is run from residential apartment - relying on freelance gas engineers. Things are getting really tough for A1st boiler & heating services and they need to make profits one way or the other. Gas and safety certificates have been proven just a piece of paper, since they have no records of when they actually carry out the tests. Their engineers are almost out of loop of modern boilers.rude and incompetent. However, the ladies on the phone are quite nice until they take your payment. I would not recommend using this company.
