Not a very good service
I hired A2B Removals in Dartford and expected a professional service having used another company 3 years before and was quite pleased with there service so was expecting similar. The men dont have uniforms or protective foot wear to protect clients carpets from dirt, the vehicle they used for me was old and battered, my furniture was not protected like it should be with dust sheets etc and when they got the furniture in i had to ask for it to be taken upstairs it looked like they just wanted to leave it in the hallway and living room. when they tried to get the bed up the stairs they scraped the paint on the walls and did not say sorry or anything which i thought was a little rude even if it was an accident
