Value

They are renovating a neighbour's property and park everywhere without considering the access needs of others. Say they'll be 2 minutes to move the car and we need to wait and end up taking 10 minutes! They laugh at you when you ask them to move and then spin their car on your pavement to leave track marks. If you like your neighbours get a more professional service.
