Dummy_user_small shay123 1 review 1 12 December 2010 no star. i am extremely annoyed and disappointed at abba cars. just got into an abba car in warrington. i requested for a cab between 2 hospitals due to the nature of my job and this i had done yesterday when they called me to let me know the car had arrived. only today , i waited for 10mins and the cab hadnt called me so i decided to go into the snow and wait and i saw the cab there. the rude cab driver (132) immediately started ranting that he had been waiting for 5 mins. i told him clearly that i had been waiting for the call and decided to come out to wait in the bad weather since he hadnt called. only for this driver to charge me extra for waiting. i got offended and decided to call the cab company to express my disapproval as only yesterday i had be phoned by the same cab company informing me of their arrival....guess what today phoning is no longer their policy. so ABBA CARS tell me...if yesterday it was your policy to phone what makes today differrent ? 2 pounds extra is absolutely nothing but the principle is what counts. abba cars i hope my 2 pounds makes you richer word for the wise.... AVOID them if you can, they make you wait for 30mins in the cold for them but charge you for not being down in 5 mins when its their fault !!!!
