absolutely atrocious. ordered and paid for parts 23rd of Jun online via PayPal. Had to wait 3-5 days before delivery. Never had delivery and never received an e mail to say it had dispatched. tried several times to email them had no reply . feel if I have been shafted. Appears they take your money from e bay or amazon and don't deliver. DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY TO THESE THIEVES

Two years ago their service and spares was on the ball. Today , things are very different. Sent email after email, no reply. I believe they have one person who comes in a day or so a week to catch up on emails.I don't know which day but I have been waiting over 2 weeks for a reply. Ordered a new part for my Hunter Mower, I had to take photo of the part and then send it via email. No response. I don't know what is going on down in Tavistock but it is not good news for customers in 2015.

I can only speak from my own personal experience at Abbey Garden Machinery, Tavistock. But it was VERY disappointing, there was more staff than customers (I was the only customer to three staff), yet still I had to wait 10-15 minutes being ignored at the SERVICE COUNTER, while staff chatted on phones, stared blankly into PC's & talked to eachother. At one point a elderly gent walked in to speak a member of staff making it 4 staff to 1 customer yet STILL no service???. Eventually I was asked if I was being served ?? although by who I couldn't imagine, Then I believe "Nick" who was about four feet away turned his chair & actually served me, upon my complaint he did apologise & was helpful to be fair saying he hadn't seen me, but I was in view of all other staff members, maybe the desks should face the counter then..!!
