I can only say from my recent experience the manner that my claim was handled from Abbott's and LV was very professional, I thought the service was wonderful and quality of the work carried out by Abbott's was excellent I have no hesitation in recommending both LV and Abbott's to anyone

Awful Experience Keep away from them.
Treated appallingly by Abbotts, feel as if they were accusing me of trying to cheat the insurance company. Over 4 months since the bloke ran into the back of me & now I have to wait another week before Abbotts Motor Bodies Blackburn can be bothered to even look at my car. LV Insurance & Abbotts Motor Bodies have left me with a car with faults & now held together with gaffer tape since. I really would resist having work done with them.
