I offer you a warm welcome and open-ended long or short term counselling to suit your individual needs. I am an experienced professional counsellor, in practice for many years. I work with stress, depression, anxiety, bereavement, trauma, abuse and many other mental health issues. I am also a member of BACP and a part time lecturer in counselling.
